All yarns on our website are in stock lot, so, they are in small quantities. Always check that you buy enough because you may not find the same color or yarn in the future.

The yarns are reworked to ensure the integrity of the yarn before sale. In this process, when it is not possible to keep the original cone, the label is transferred to a different media. In many cases it is not possible to recover the original label and the data is indicated in the support cone. All these variable conditions are indicated in the description of each yarn and you can check them before purchasing.

SHIPPING

Type Courier

All our products are shipped using the best carriers in the area.

Shipping in UE countries: Express Courier DPD or DHL (THERE ARE NO CUSTOM TAXES). You can select shipping free for orders over 299.00 eur.

If you do not insure the shipment, we are not responsible for the courier’s actions if the package is lost or damaged. In this case we are not obligated to return the goods to you or refund you. I advise you to insure the shipment, especially if the order amount is important, or choose the DHL courier.
If the package is damaged you must still accept the shipment “with reserve” and make sure that the courier notes the reservation and you must take one or more photos of the package and send it to us by email to [email protected] describing what happened.
The package is damaged when it is visibly broken, punctured and/or patched, when there are two different types of tape.
We always use brown tape with a guarantee seal written in multiple languages. If there is another tape of a different color or with different writing it is not ours, then the package is damaged. In this case the contents could also be damaged, for this reason the driver must be told to sign with reserve.
This way we can file a complaint if the content is also damaged.

Shipping in No UE countries:

DHL (CUSTOM TAX NOT INCLUDED) fast delivery (normally 2-4 working days). Custom taxes are calculated based of custom of your country, we don’t know custom taxes amount.

Service not traceable to USA, Canada Australia (goods travel at your risk):

You can select ITALIAN POST EMS (Name: Poste Delivery Globe) CUSTOM TAX NOT INCLUDED, it’s possible you don’t pay customs taxes, but we don’t garantize it, it depends on the customs offices in your country) too, this service does not have tracking, deliveries can be made in 5-15 working days: We are not responsible for any damage and/or loss of the package. In case of damage or loss you will not receive any refund, the responsibility for the shipment will be yours alone.

Shipment tracking

All our shipments in UE countries can be monitored to know the status and location of the consignment in the area. Shipping in No UE countries are not monitored in all countries.

Delivery in UE countries: 3-5 working days

Delivery in no UE countries: DHL 2-4 working days.

We send international traceability code last day of shipping via email. But you can see it on your account of our website.

All runners send you an email to notify you of the delivery. From the email, if you want, you can change the delivery date, the delivery address or you can request delivery to a collection point (Parcel Service) near you, which can be a tobacconist, a shop or a petrol station.

Handling time

All articles on this website are available in stock. Shipments are made within 48/72 hours (working days) of ordering, except for items that require dyeing, winding or twisting. In these cases shipments can take up to 5-7 working days. It is not intended working days Saturday, Sunday and all those days on the calendar in red.

The yarns in cones may be shipped in multiple cones, for example, if you order a cone 500 gr might receive two cones of various weights, in the same lot, for a total of 500 grams, or if you order two cones of 500 gr might receive a cone of 1 kg, or two cones eash in different weight or more of two cones etc. This is beacuse we avoid of make some knots to the yarn. If you want cones of same weight please specify it in the form for comments you can find in the order confirmation page.

PAYMENTS

Below you will find our payment methods accepted:

PayPal – The safe way to pay by credit card or debit card, Paypal if you are a member you can pay directly from your account, if you are not paypal you can pay via paypal with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) without having to register. Upon confirmation of the order you will be directed automatically to the paypal payment page, if you have a paypal account please login, if you have not a PayPal account click on the “credit card”.

Paypal in Three solutions: You can pay by Paypal in three solutions now, without charge from Paypal. For example if order is 90 euro you pay: 30 euro now, 30 euro after 30 days and 30 euro after more 30 days, and you pay only total order without charges. You must select: Paypal, and after “Paga in tre rate” (it’s in Italian, sorry for discomfort).

Credit Card: You can to pay by Credit Card Visa or Mastercard on secure server by “Gruppo Unicredit”, select payment method “Credit Card (Gruppo Unicredit)”.

Bank Transfer – You will find the data to make a bank transfer at the end of checkout, in the order confirmation page.

COMPLAINTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON YARN IN STOCK OR REFURBISHED UNLESS THE YARN PRESENT AN OBVIOUS DEFECT (EG: WEAK YARN PROCESSING).

And essential to perform appropriate tests washing and ironing on a sample of each yarn before continuing with the processing. We do not accept claims of yarn worked without making adequate preventive tests.

The number of needle indicated in the description of each product is indicative, then depends on the hand, the type of stitch and the type of garment to be made. Our advice is to always make a small sample, measure it, count the stitches and wash it to see the final result (yield, softness, etc.), so you can decide whether to work the yarn with a number of needle lower or higher (i.e. work it thinner or denser).

When you buy a product you must to be sure about quantity you need because we are not sure to have same yarn in the future. We buy yarns in stock lot and articles and color change every time, and it’s difficult to have same yarn and color twice

The pictures made for the products on our site have been taken with 5500°K light and balanced at 5500k so we can grammatically optimize 100% of the colors in the colors. It is advisable to trust the color name to avoid color misunderstandings due to the various calibrations of your monitor.
