How it is produced

Recycled cashmere is obtained by recovering cashmere garments, which are selected, cleaned, frayed and reduced to fiber, ready to be spun again. The recovered fibers are often shorter than the original ones, so the yarn can lose some of its softness and resistance compared to virgin cashmere.
