Hircus Filati is committed to promoting green products and related services for a cleaner and more sustainable environment. It produces recycled cashmere yarns with low environmental impact, ships via couriers such as BRT and DHL, uses packaging made from fully recyclable materials, and uses entirely renewable energy in its workplaces, even for electricity.

Recycled cashmere yarns are produced entirely from old knitwear and recycled spinning waste, carefully hand-selected by a GRS-certified supplier, without the use of any chemical processes.

Hircus Filati is committed to reducing CO2 emissions by adopting innovative and sustainable solutions for its shipments. Thanks to our partnership with DHL Express, we use the DHL GoGreenPlus program, which integrates SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel).

This fuel, combined with traditional fuel, reduces emissions by up to 80%* while maintaining high standards of speed and reliability. With this choice, we want to make a concrete contribution to a more sustainable future, demonstrating that speed and respect for the environment can go hand in hand.

In our warehouse and headquarters, we use 100% renewable electricity, thanks to our participation in the Virtual Energy Community created by PEF Italia S.p.A., a member company of Avedisco, the first association in Italy representing the most important Italian and international industrial and commercial companies that use direct sales to distribute their products and services. This guarantees 100% renewable energy and significant savings on energy costs.
