Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the purchased goods.

The BUYER wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify the SUPPLIER via an explicit declaration, which may be sent by registered mail to Via Battista Tettamanti 19 – 59100 Prato (PO) or by certified email to federico.scatizzi@pec.it.

The BUYER may also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or, alternatively, by submitting the standard withdrawal form, pursuant to Annex I, Part B, of Legislative Decree 21/2014, which can be accessed via this link. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the sending of the notice may be validly replaced by the return of the purchased item, provided that the same terms are met. The date of delivery to the post office or shipping company will be the decisive factor between the parties. To facilitate the withdrawal process, however, you can simply write to me at federico@hircusfilati.com requesting the return of the product for an exchange or refund.

The BUYER must return the item without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of the date of notification of withdrawal to the SUPPLIER.

If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, the SUPPLIER may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their diminished value.

Regarding the return of the product subject to withdrawal, the SUPPLIER assures its customers the possibility of using a carrier affiliated with the SUPPLIER.

Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If the yarn is defective or the incorrect item received (different from the one purchased), the SUPPLIER will bear the return shipping costs and the amount paid will be refunded in full.

The only costs payable by the Consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods to the SUPPLIER.

The SUPPLIER will refund the amount of the returned products within a maximum of 14 days from the BUYER's notification of withdrawal.

As provided for by Article 56, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the SUPPLIER may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until the BUYER demonstrates that the goods have been returned to the SUPPLIER.

Upon receipt of the communication by which the BUYER communicates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the parties to this contract are released from their mutual obligations, except as provided in the previous points of this article.

ATTENTION: WHEN PROCESSING THE PURCHASED YARN, WE ASK YOU TO CAREFULLY CHECK THE FIRST STITCHES. IN THE EVENT OF ANY IRREGULARITIES IN THE YARN, STOP PROCESSING IMMEDIATELY AND NOTIFY OUR TECHNICAL OFFICE. HIRCUS FILATI WILL RECOGNIZE NO MORE THAN 30 GR OF PROCESSED YARN, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES FINISHED AND PACKAGED GARMENTS.

WE DO NOT ACCEPTED COMPLAINTS ON STOCK OR REFURBISHED YARN UNLESS THE YARN PRESENTS AN OBVIOUS DEFECT (E.G., WEAK YARN).

N.B.: The number of needles indicated in the product description is indicative and depends on the hand, the type of stitch, and the type of garment being made. We recommend always making a small swatch, measuring it, counting the stitches, and washing it to see the final result (yield, softness, etc.). This way, you can decide whether to knit the yarn with a lower or higher number of needles (i.e., knit it more loosely or tightly).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE ORDER.
