Cotton, Linen, and Silk Yarns
Twisted cotton: 4-ply, highly twisted, wide variety of colors, with many shades, size 5; it is used for shawls, blouses, dresses, bedspreads, curtains and trimmings.
Cotton mixed with metallic yarn: 4-ply plus a lurex thread, available in white and many colors, size 5; it is used for sweaters and fashion accessories.
Shiny cotton: 4-ply, highly twisted, wide choice of colors, size 3; it is used for fashion accessories, bedspreads, tablecloths and placemats.
Matte cotton: 4-ply, highly twisted, available in white and raw; it is used for tablecloths, bedspreads, finishes.
Perlé cotton: 2-ply, slightly twisted, very shiny, wide choice of colors, including shades, size 5; it is suitable for cardigans and fashion accessories.
Bouclé cotton: 4-ply, fancy yarn, lightly twisted, soft, various sizes; it is used for sweaters, dresses and various accessories.
Cotton ribbon: fancy yarn, flat, wide choice of colors; it is used for bags, sweaters and fashion accessories.
For some time now, very soft and very thick cotton yarns (needles from No. 6 to No. 12) have been available on the market, ideal for quickly making nice sweaters and witty bags.
You will not find this type of yarn on our websites, at least for the moment. In fact, our preference is for fine wools.
