How to determine yarn thickness

Come stabilire lo spessore nei filati
Do you know how to determine or recognize yarn thickness? In technical jargon, yarn thickness is called "Count", often represented by the symbol "Nm.", which stands for "Metric Count". It is always based on 1 kg of yarn. Yarn thickness cannot be measured with calipers, so this ratio is used instead. Watch the video below by Alicja Kwartnik; it explains it very well.
